Usha Badam        

                        Usha Badam is a Master’s student in the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. She is currently working on developing a 5V digital cell library for use with the peregrine semiconductor, SOS process (San Diego, CA) that will operate for a temperature range of -55°C to 125° C. She was a Teaching Assistant for the course “Digital Integrated Circuit Design” (ECEN 4303) offered in Fall 2005.
